the apartment was clean and had location just next door to a quite area, and the centre of tulum. it was in a good place.

I stayed for 3 nights and it was relaxing. The staff was really friendly and amicable. The room was brand-new and incredible, including a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a TV set. The pool area looked amazing.

Place was amazing and very close to Carlos. Staff was superfriendly and approaching despite our late arrival. Had easy check in. Private bathroom was amazing. The area was nice enough, appreciated its central location.

I recently stayed at Casa Elda in Tulum for a relaxing getaway. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The hotel had a refreshing pool and beautiful communal spaces. It was conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and felt safe at night. The complementary drinks and free use of a bicycle made my stay even more enjoyable. I had an awesome experience at Casa Elda and would definitely recommend it to others!

We stayed for 3 nights and the kitchenette allowed us to make our own breakfast, which made us feel right at home.

This place felt like home, and everything was perfect, we were pleased with the kitchenette and all the appliances available.

The location itself was incredible really close to Tulum, beach, massive supermarket and the downtown area and a quite area. Everything about this stay was SUCH WONDERFUL, thank you.

Our stay at Casa Elda was fantastic. The beautiful new building and well-maintained garden created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We loved the rooftop jacuzzi and the refreshing swimming pool. The keyless entry was convenient, and the room had all the modern amenities we needed. Bryan, one of the hosts, provided excellent assistance. The central location allowed us to explore the town on foot. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Tulum.

We stayed at Casa Elda for 8 days and it was perfect for our needs. The location was great, just a short and safe walk to the main streets of Tulum. The staff, especially Bryan and Luciano, were incredibly helpful and responsive. The water pressure and hot water were excellent throughout our stay, and the place was always clean. The pool and balconies were a great addition. We felt safe walking around day and night.

The facilities at the hotel were excellent, with modern and beautiful rooms. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the hotel provided amenities such as a coffee maker, complimentary drinks, and a small water jug. the beds were comfortable, and the AC and warm shower worked well. the location was safe, though not ideal for walking around at night. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and shops within a 10-15 minute walk. the hotel also offered tours, and the area had a local feel, which was nice.

Renting a bicycle or scooter locally was easy, and the property was conveniently located between the beach, a massive supermarket, and the downtown area with restaurants and bars. the space was modern and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. Free water was available throughout the property, and the WiFi was very good.
